Welcome to Infinisode. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Infinisode streaming platform, including our websites, applications, and all content and services made available through them (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Infinisode is an entertainment platform that streams original episodic series created with artificial intelligence. All series, episodes, characters, voices, and imagery available on the Service are synthetic media produced by Infinisode Studio. See our AI Content Disclosure for details.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service, and at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to hold the primary account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account and its profiles. You agree to provide accurate account information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. License to Use the Service

Subject to these Terms, Infinisode grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and stream content through the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not grant you any right to download (except where a download feature is expressly provided), copy, record, redistribute, publicly perform, publicly display, sublicense, sell, or otherwise exploit any content available on the Service.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not:

Copy, capture, scrape, download, or redistribute any content from the Service;
Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security or content-protection features;
Use bots, crawlers, or automated means to access the Service;
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service;
Use the Service to develop, train, or improve any machine-learning model or dataset;
Misrepresent Infinisode content as depicting real persons or real events;
Share account credentials beyond your household or resell access to the Service;
Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and the selection, coordination, and arrangement of all content, is owned by or licensed to Infinisode and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. The INFINISODE name, wordmark, and logo are trademarks of Infinisode. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you. Certain audiovisual elements of our programming are generated by artificial intelligence; the scope of copyright in such elements is addressed in our Copyright & DMCA Policy.

6. Availability and Changes

The catalog of series and episodes may change at any time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, and we may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ALL CHARACTERS AND EVENTS DEPICTED IN INFINISODE PROGRAMMING ARE FICTIONAL AND SYNTHETIC; ANY RESEMBLANCE TO REAL PERSONS, LIVING OR DEAD, OR TO REAL EVENTS IS COINCIDENTAL AND UNINTENDED.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INFINISODE AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infinisode from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections 5, 7, 8, 9, and 11 survive termination.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
