Infinisode is a synthetic-media entertainment platform. Every series and episode on the Service — including scripts, characters, performances, voices, imagery, video, and music — is generated by artificial-intelligence systems operating under human editorial direction within Infinisode Studio. No human actors are filmed, and no human voice performances are recorded for our programming.

2. Fictional Characters and Synthetic Voices

All characters depicted on Infinisode are entirely fictional and computer-generated. All voices are synthetic and are not recordings of, and are not intended to imitate, any real person. Any resemblance between AI-generated characters, likenesses, or voices and any real person, living or dead, is coincidental and unintended. If you believe content on the Service inappropriately resembles a real person, please contact us at legal@infinisode.com and we will review it promptly.

3. Transparency Commitment

We support emerging transparency standards for AI-generated media, including the disclosure obligations of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Article 50) and proposed U.S. labeling legislation. Infinisode discloses the artificial origin of its content prominently on the platform, in this statement, and in our Terms of Service, and we are working to embed machine-readable provenance signals in our media as industry standards mature.

4. Content Standards

Our production pipeline includes automated and human-directed quality and safety review. Infinisode programming is fictional entertainment: it does not depict real events and should not be relied upon as factual, news, or advice of any kind.
