1. Copyright in Infinisode Content

All programming on Infinisode is produced by Infinisode Studio using generative artificial intelligence under human editorial direction. Infinisode owns or controls all rights in the Service, including the INFINISODE trademark and brand assets, the platform software and design, the series bibles, episode structures, and the selection, coordination, and arrangement of all content — which are protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. Elements of individual works that are generated by AI without sufficient human authorship may not be independently copyrightable under current U.S. law; Infinisode nonetheless asserts all rights available in its content, including compilation rights, trademark rights, and contractual rights under our Terms of Service. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of Infinisode content is prohibited.

2. Notice of Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

Infinisode respects the intellectual-property rights of others. If you believe that any content available on the Service infringes a copyright you own or control, you may submit a notification under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) to our designated copyright agent at legal@infinisode.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice." Your notice must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature;
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location on the Service (for example, the series and episode title or URL);
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

3. Counter-Notification

If material you provided was removed in response to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to the same address containing: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; your name, address, and telephone number; and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which Infinisode may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.

4. Repeat Infringers

Infinisode will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
